About Ventura Tenants Union

The Ventura Tenants Union is a grassroots organization that fights for tenants' rights and improves the living conditions of renters in Ventura County. We are a community of tenants organized to help each other and build collective power. We work on issues like rent control, repairs, evictions, and harassment, all while providing a space for tenants to meet and organize.

Founded in 2015, the union is run by members, for members. Through collective efforts, we stand up to landlords, protect tenant rights, and build stronger communities. Join us in the fight to protect tenants and promote affordable housing.
